- 1 lb. baby red potatoes cut in half
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh chives chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray the bottom of a corning ware fish with nonstick cooking spray.
Place potatoes, parsley, salt, and pepper into the dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes can be pierced with a fork.
Add chives and sour cream. Stir
Bake for another 10 minutes.
