Ingredients
- 1 small brown onion chopped
- 2 carrots chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1- 10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup French fried onions
In a large pan, sauté brown onion and carrots. Sweat for about 4 minutes, and add ground beef. Stir until meat is browned. Add soup, milk, and French onions. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve over rice
