cherry smoothieFor best results, use a high powered emulsifying blender such as a Blendtec or Vitamix.  You can adjust the thickness by adding more or less water.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 c frozen cherries
  • 1/2 c plain yogurt
  • 1 c fresh spinach

Place all ingredients in a blender.  Blend using the “juice” setting or high speed for 30 seconds.

Makes 2 juices.
