Tangerine Juice
I acquired two bags of Cuties tangerines for Christmas. Although I like tangerines, this is too many to eat before they go bad, so I decided to juice them.
One whole bag made just 2 cups of fresh squeezed tangerine juice. The juice was thick, delicious, and sweet. Although it was tempting to down the entire amount in a few chugs, my will-power kicked in long enough to make a few drinks.
The first was a tangerine mimosa: simple two component bubbly concoction for a refreshing New Year’s beverage. The second was a tangerine sparkler. Also a simple two component bubbly beverage, but this one is non-alcoholic.
