Sometimes it is hard to cook a full dinner after a long day at work. Using pre-packaged chopped salad mixes offer a quick alternative to fast food. I stopped in at the grocery store on the way home from work and picked up the salad mix and salmon. If I had made it home without food, undoubtedly we would have gone a fast food joint. The preparation of this salad is minimal and it does not make a mess other than one bowl and two plates. I hope you enjoy the salad as much as I do.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. salmon
- 2 T Toasted sesame salad dressing
- Asian Salad mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread toasted sesame salad dressing onto the salmon. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Combine salad mix in a large bowl. Toss with provided dressing.
Divide salad onto 2 dinner plates. Cut salmon in half and top each salad with salmon.
