Nature is all around us. As we rush through our busy lives, it is tempting to forget to stop and look around. Even the smallest bit of nat
ure can help us recenter. From admiring the plants in the highway median or taking a stroll through a neighborhood park to enjoying a much needed tropical island vacation, nature enters our lives and offers a much needed distraction and chance for rejuvenation. Places will highlight specific trips I have taken from quick local outings to long vacations.
